This mod takes the stock hell in a cell and turns it into a wcw triple cage match.
You cannot climb the other cages. I do not believe anyone has figured this out yet.
You can fight in the 2nd cage. I left the roof off it for visual/optimization reasons for now.
Drag and drop the BGETC file into your BG folder. Replace and regen your def.
ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR FILES.
I included the pac file for other users who just want to inject the file.
