Grey steel chair wrapped in barbed wire.

Replaces the bat by default. 
Drag into the props folder and bake with caketools.
Will work like a chair, with commentary but will glitch outside the ring when dropped.
If it disappears in the ring grab a regular chair and it will respawn under the ring. Working on a fix for these issues.
